ZEYLAND FACTORY
The only remaining historic factory building in Poznań city centre.
Nowadays, the home of the Signum Foundation.

A three-storey, brick building with basement, two shallow projections and visible roof rafter, erected 1871-1872 by Joseph Zeyland, an industrialist and social – worker.
Until 1930 it existed as the Joseph Zeyland Woodwork Factory where many projects were made, to name just a few of the most valued like that for the Church of Our Lady (Ostrów Tumski Island), Fara Church, Archcathedral Basilica of St. Paul and St. Peter in Poznań and Rogalin Palace.
